Classico is the espresso blend of Arabica and Robusta according to the most classic Italian tradition made up of several washed Arabica which gives clean and fragrant tastes. A base of intense and sweet Colombian excelso various Central American origins Honduras Costa Rica and Guatemala very sweet and full-bodied. A touch of natural Ethiopian sidamo arabica that gives a more sugary and wild tone. The tone of the roasting is medium-strong to best enhance the acidity characteristics of the Arabica and not to force the bitter tones of the Robusta.
