VARIETY: Obtained from 100% Traminer Aromatico grapes
CULTIVATION: Guyot-trained vines with a plant density of 4500 vines and a production of 90/100 quintals of grapes per hectare.
VINIFICATION: Cold maceration of the grapes. Soft pressing and fermentation with the help of selected yeasts.
AGING: Maturation in steel and subsequent refining in the bottle.
PAIRING: Antonutti's Aromatic Traminer is recommended to accompany aperitifs, shrimps, sushi, Asian cuisine, truffles and chilli dishes.
SERVING TEMPERATURE: Serve at 12 degrees
