Description
Very bright greenish color and nose characterized by floral and vegetal aromas. This Prosecco has a fresh and pleasantly dry taste in the mouth (considering that it is an extra dry). Low alcohol levels and great balance make it a very "easy" product to drink.
Pairings
Aperitif, cold cuts, light cheeses.
Vinification
Harvest in the first weeks of September, fermentation in autoclave for 6 months then isobaric filtration before bottling.
