With a straw yellow color embellished with greenish reflections and golden streaks, initially the minerality and pungency typical of Grechetto impose themselves on the senses. With a play of oxidation of the wine in the glass, the full-bodied aromaticity and persistence of Malvasia gradually emerge and finally prevail with notes of almond and honey.
