The grapes chosen after the manual harvest. they ferment in stainless steel tanks with constant temperature control and use of selected yeasts. The maceration on the skins lasts a total of 18 days, during which frequent and delicate pumping over is carried out to favor the extraction of the aromatic and coloring substances. The refinement takes place in steel tanks for about 6/8 months and a further two months in the bottle when the malolactic fermentation is over. Intense ruby red color tending to purplish. Aroma of red berried fruits, rich and penetrating with notes of cherry and currant. Warm, harmonious flavor, with a long and round finish.
