Our organic Pinot Grigio stands out for its unique character and versatility. It has an intense aroma of peach and apricot on the nose, while on the palate it is gentle, harmonious and elegant, thanks to its pleasant acidity, and a long and persistent finish.Its unmistakable pale pink color is the result of a short maceration that lasts for 10-12 hours.
